Anne has held different roles in the Microfinance industry both at operational and strategic levels. She has served as a Board Member at The Institute of Internal Auditors. She co-founded Nyamira County Women in Leadership Caucus where she nurtures her ambition to provide leadership advisories and mentorship programs to young women aspiring to grow up the ladder. Anne is a member of several bodies including, The Institute of Directors, The Institute of the Certified Secretaries, The National Public Service Boards Forum, The Association of County Public Service Board Secretaries and The Women on Boards Network.

She is a Certified Secretary, a Certified Internal Audit Quality Assessor and an accredited Governance Auditor with distinct expertise in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Finance management, Value Based Leadership and Internal Audit.

Anne is a holder of Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Nairobi and is currently defending a Doctorate Degree at the same University focusing on ‘Gender Diversity in Boards, Board Capital, Firm Characteristics and Performance of Microfinance Institutions in Kenya.
