She is a Principal Information Systems Auditor at Safaricom PLC. She has a deep understanding of the IT landscape and the challenges that companies face in securing and managing their IT systems. She is also a strong advocate for process improvement and has helped to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.

She works with teams of IT auditors in conducting comprehensive audits of the M-PESA system, Customer Support systems, Value Added Systems (VAS), IT infrastructure, Telecommunication systems, and Cloud platforms – which identifies and mitigates several risks. In addition, she provides project assurance, with a focus on digital maturity reviews and benefits validation.

Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science and Technology degree from Maseno University. She is a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), and Certified Internal Audit Quality Assessor. She is a member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA)-Kenya Chapter, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Kenya Chapter, Women on Boards Network (WOBN), and Institute of Directors Kenya.
